You expressly agree that regardless of your physical location, state of residence, or the location where services are rendered, the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute resides in the state and federal courts located in Jasper County, Missouri. You further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in these courts.
